Baddies is an 18+ platform with explicit adult content. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old and of legal age in your jurisdiction. Where the law requires it, access is subject to age verification or geo-restriction. Providing false age information is a breach of these terms.
You sign in by signing a message with a Solana wallet. No e-mail, no password. You are responsible for your wallet and its keys. We cannot recover access to a lost wallet. You may choose a handle and alias; they must not impersonate anyone.
Subscriptions (30 days), unlocks, tips, messages, calls and shop orders are paid on-chain in SOL or USDT to the platform treasury and split automatically: 80 % to the creator, 10 % to the $BADDIES buyback wallet, 10 % to platform operations. Prices are shown in USD and converted at the moment of checkout. On-chain payments are final; see section 4 for your statutory rights. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
Content remains the creator's property. On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view it on the platform. Downloading, copying, screen-recording, redistributing or reselling content is prohibited. Files are gated and every unlock is traceable to the buying wallet; leaks lead to termination and may be pursued civilly and criminally.
No harassment, threats, doxxing, spam, solicitation of illegal acts, or content involving minors in any form. Comments and chat are moderated; violations lead to removal and account termination. Report abuse via the notice form in section 7.
Baddies is in beta; features ship weekly and may change. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time; on-chain records cannot be deleted.
Statutory liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under mandatory consumer law is unaffected; otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Maltese law applies; mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains applicable.
You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving reasons. To withdraw, e-mail legal@baddies.llc with your wallet address and the transaction signature.
Digital content (unlocks, subscriptions, messages): by clicking "Pay" you expressly request that delivery begins immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the content is made available (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU, § 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
Tips are voluntary payments without consideration and are not subject to withdrawal. Live calls and streams are services performed in full with your consent. Physical shop items may be returned within 14 days of receipt unless sealed for hygiene reasons and unsealed; the creator refunds in the currency paid.

All models, actors, actresses and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on this platform were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time of creation. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records:

Creators are the primary producers of their content and maintain their own records; the platform keeps secondary-producer records obtained during verification.
To report illegal content, non-consensual material, a person under 18, copyright infringement or impersonation, e-mail abuse@baddies.llc with: the link or post ID, why the content is illegal, your name and contact (unless the report concerns child sexual abuse material, which may be anonymous), and a statement that the notice is accurate. We acknowledge receipt, act without undue delay, inform the uploader, and offer both sides a way to contest. Repeat offenders are removed. Single point of contact for authorities and users: legal@baddies.llc.
$BADDIES is a utility token on Solana used for holder status, access and perks on the platform. It is issued via fair launch by the operator; the platform buys it back on the open market with 10 % of every transaction. It carries no right to profits, dividends, equity or governance of the operator, no promise of value, and no guaranteed liquidity. Prices are volatile and you may lose your entire investment. Nothing on this platform is financial, legal or tax advice. Holder tiers are measured by the USD value of tokens held in your connected wallet and may change. The operator documents its MiCA position (whitepaper notification or applicable exemption) before public trading begins.
